Lacrosse Camp for Girls
Learn lacrosse in this one week clinic designed for girls
entering grades 4 - 9. This intensive lacrosse camp will
focus on instruction in offensive and defensive skills,
positional play, rules and mental preparation. Participants
must bring cleats, sneakers, lacrosse stick, mouth guard,
water bottle and snack daily.

- Introduction to Lacrosse
Boys and girls learn the basic skills of throwing, passing
and picking up ground balls in this
introduction to the sport of lacrosse. Emphasis will be
on fun and participation. No equipment is required, but
feel free to bring your own stick, goggles, gloves and helmet.

Lacrosse Camp for Boys
This one week clinic is designed to introduce boys entering
grades 4 - 9 to the sport of lacrosse. Participants will
focus on all aspects of the game, while learning positions
and skills necessary to become efficient and effective lacrosse
players. Participants must bring cleats, sneakers, lacrosse
stick, mouth guard, water bottle, snack and all other necessary
safety equipment daily.

Grip
& Rip Lacrosse Camp
Grip and Rip Lacrosse Camp is a camp for serious male high
school lacrosse players. This camp is
designed for high school sophomores, juniors, seniors and
recent high school graduates planning to play lacrosse in
college. Players will gain an understanding of the recruiting
process to play at the college level. Campers will also
learn lacrosse techniques focusing on power shooting, transition
game, dodging, defense and overall lacrosse skills. There
will be a low player to coach ratio with
experienced coaches who have succeeded at both the Division
